Rex Inalegwu Elanu is a Social and Community Development Worker with over 18 years of experience in facilitating and coordinating community based programs, working with and strengthening community based organizations and community level committees.

 

As a Program Officer for Nigeria’s Tuberculosis Network, he coordinated the Global Fund Round 8 and 9 Health/Community Systems Strengthening Project both at the State and Zonal levels. He has a degree in Computer Science and training experience on Organizational Development, Health Information Systems, Advocacy, and Community Mobilization.
